All three sizes of MacBook Pro — 13, 15 and 17 inches — received an update. Apple users can pick between four standard models, three with a 15-inch display and one with a 17-inch display, according to the company's online store. The least expensive option is the 15-inch model with a 2.4GHz Intel Core i5 for US$1,799. The high-end 15-inch model has a 2.66GHz Intel Core i7 and costs $2,199.

The new 15-inch MacBook Pro is available in three models:
- 2.4 GHz Intel Core i5, NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M and 320GB hard drive at $1,799;
- 2.53 GHz Intel Core i5, NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M and 500GB hard drive at $1,999;
- 2.66 GHz Intel Core i7, NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M and 500GB hard drive at $2,199.
The 13-inch model
Apple’s most popular MacBook now features the new NVIDIA GeForce 320M graphics processor, “for up to 80 percent faster graphics.” It also features a built-in battery that lasts 10 hours.
The 13-inch model now includes a faster Intel Core 2 Duo processor and 4GB of memory, and is available in two configurations: one with a 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo CPU and 250GB hard drive priced at $1,199, and one with a 2.66 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo CPU and 320GB hard drive priced at $1,499.
The 15- and 17-inch models
The new 15-inch and 17-inch MacBook Pro models feature Intel Core i5 and i7 processors along with new automatic graphics switching technology that allows you to toggle between graphics from an NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M chip and a more energy-efficient Intel HD Graphics processor.

Prices for the 13 inch MacBook pro are $1,199 for the 2.4GHz Core 2 Duo with a 250GB hard drive. The 2.66Ghz Core 2 Duo model comes with a 320GB hard drive and costs $1,499.

Apple says the new 15-inch and 17-inch models are “up to 50 percent faster than the previous systems” thanks to those Core i5 and i7 processors.
